Powering the Future of Tech
Automation. Engineered for Enterprises. ByteFlow Technologies is an IT and software development company headquartered in Ujjain and serving Indore and Madhya Pradesh. We build custom software, ERP and CRM systems, websites, Android and iOS apps, and business-process automation for manufacturers, hospitality groups, government departments and growing SMEs across India.
Engineered on a modern, production-grade stack
Four pillars. One operating system.
Every engagement maps to one of four pillars — built by the same senior team, on the same stack, with the same delivery rigor.
Nine industries. Operator-grade software.
We automate the work humans shouldn’t be doing.
Every manual, repetitive task is a system waiting to be built. We turn hours of human effort into pipelines that run themselves — reliably, 24/7.
- Manual data entry Auto-sync pipelines
- Repetitive back-office ops Scheduled automations
- Static spreadsheets Live dashboards
- Chased follow-ups Triggered workflows
- Triggerform · event · schedule
- Processvalidate · transform · enrich
- Automatesync · notify · update
- Shiplive dashboard · zero touch
Mobile App Development — Android & iOS
We build cross-platform apps in React Native and Flutter — one codebase for Android and iOS — with the backend, admin panel, and API designed as a single system. That backend is what decides whether year two is possible, and it is where app projects usually fail.
Android first, because that is what this market actually holds. Scoped in writing before the commercial, and if your workflow does not need an app, we will tell you that instead.
Not sure an app is the right spend? Read when an app makes sense and the 2026 cost guide.
Numbers, not testimonials.
Software we own. Software you use.
Live products we build, run, and scale ourselves. Every one started as a real problem we couldn't buy a solution for.
Operators, not influencers.

LinkedInAn IT company in Ujjain — building for Indore and Madhya Pradesh.
ByteFlow Technologies is a DPIIT-recognised IT and software development company headquartered in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The engineers who write your code sit here — not a reseller, not a remote sales desk, and not a metro agency’s account manager in front of a junior offshore team. If you are comparing IT companies in Ujjain or Indore, ask each one where the people building your project actually work.
Ujjain — our headquarters
Our engineering base, at L1-123 Mahashakti Nagar, 80 Quarter. On-site discovery, floor-level scoping, and same-day reviews across Freeganj, Nanakheda, Dewas Road, and Vikram Udyogpuri. Discovery happens on your floor, watching the work as it is done today, because a workflow described in a meeting room is never the workflow that actually runs.
What Ujjain businesses ask us for
- Replacing spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp processes with one ERP or MIS
- A website that ranks for local buying searches, not just a brochure
- Guest, visitor and compliance reporting for hotels and institutions
- Android apps for staff who work away from a desk
Indore — 55 km, same state
Same timezone, same GST jurisdiction, same-day on-site visits to Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Crystal IT Park, and industrial Pithampur — at MP rates, not metro rates. Fifty-five kilometres is close enough that a stuck integration gets a person in the room the same week, and far enough that we are not billing metro overheads back to you.
What Indore businesses ask us for
- Custom software and SaaS products that need a long-term engineering partner
- ERP, inventory and dispatch systems for Pithampur manufacturing units
- Web applications, dashboards and multi-store portals
- Rescue work on a half-finished build from a previous vendor
Beyond these two cities we deliver across Madhya Pradesh — Bhopal, Dewas, Ratlam and Mandsaur — and remotely for clients elsewhere in India. Distance changes the travel plan, not the delivery model: the same engineers scope, build and support the system, and you keep the source code, the repository and the hosting accounts throughout. To start, describe the process you want fixed. Call +91 9584740544, email info@byteflowtech.in, or visit L1-123, Mahashakti Nagar, 80 Quarter, Ujjain 456010, Monday to Saturday.

Questions, answered.
Yes. ByteFlow Technologies is an IT and software development company headquartered in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, and serving Indore, Bhopal and clients across India. We build custom software, websites, web and mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems, and business-process automation. The company is registered as ByteFlow Technologies Pvt Ltd, recognised under Startup India by DPIIT, and MSME/Udyam registered. Our registered office is at L1-114, Mahashakti Nagar, Dewas Road, Ujjain 456010.
Custom software development, website and web-application development, mobile app development for Android and iOS, ERP and CRM development, document management systems, business-process automation including RPA and AI agents, and digital transformation programmes. We also run Google Ads and technical SEO for the products we build, so a launch does not stop at handover. Alongside client work we build and operate our own products, including GuestReport, ByteFlow DSS and PanditG.
ByteFlow Technologies is based in Ujjain and works on-site with Ujjain businesses — manufacturers, hotels, hospitals, schools, temples and government departments. Because the team is local, discovery happens in person rather than over email, and the same engineers who scope the work also ship and support it. Call +91 9584740544 or email info@byteflowtech.in to describe the problem; we respond with a written scope and an itemised quote after a short discovery call.
Ask for software that is currently in production, not screenshots. Ask who owns the source code and the hosting after handover, whether the quote is itemised by module, and who answers the phone when something breaks at 9 pm. ByteFlow serves Indore from Ujjain, 55 km away, and can show live systems — a police-facing reporting platform, a manufacturer document system, and multi-city consumer portals — that have been running in production for years.
Yes. We build native and cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS, including apps published on the Google Play Store. Typical work includes field-force and data-capture apps, booking and consumer apps, and internal apps that read from an existing ERP. Every app ships with the backend API, an admin panel, release management on the store account, and a maintenance plan — we do not hand over an APK and disappear.
Yes. We build custom ERP, MIS and document-management systems shaped around how a business already works, instead of forcing the business into a package. Manufacturers and multi-location firms use them to replace spreadsheets, WhatsApp approvals and paper files with one connected system covering orders, inventory, dispatch, documents and reporting. Modules are delivered one at a time so the first useful module is in production long before the full system is finished.
Yes. We design and develop fast, SEO-ready websites and custom web applications — corporate sites, multi-store portals, dashboards, booking engines and SaaS products. Every site is built for measurable outcomes: server-rendered HTML that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, structured data, Core Web Vitals within Google thresholds, and analytics wired before launch. We also handle the migration, DNS, SSL and hosting so the switchover does not cost you rankings.
Yes. GovTech is one of our four solution pillars. GuestReport, our hotel guest-reporting platform, is used with the Ujjain police for statutory hotel guest reporting, and we build document and compliance systems for public-sector workflows. Government work carries different requirements from commercial work — audit trails, data-residency, role-based access and long support horizons — and our delivery process is built to meet them rather than retro-fit them after go-live.
We are based in Ujjain and work with clients in Indore, Bhopal, across Madhya Pradesh and pan-India, plus a small number of overseas clients. Industries include manufacturing and industrial, real estate and construction, travel, tourism and hospitality, government and public sector, media and news publishing, education, and religious and temple services. Where we do not have production experience in an industry, we say so during discovery rather than after the contract is signed.
Yes. The legal entity is ByteFlow Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with CIN U62090MP2025PTC074968, registered office L1-114, Mahashakti Nagar, Dewas Road, Ujjain 456010, Madhya Pradesh. The company is recognised as a startup by DPIIT under Startup India and is MSME/Udyam registered. Company filings are public on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal, and we are happy to share the incorporation certificate and GST details on request.
Most work is quoted as fixed-scope, milestone-billed phases: a paid discovery that produces a written specification, then delivery milestones tied to working software rather than to time. Longer programmes and ongoing automation work run as monthly retainers with a named engineer. We do not quote a number before discovery, because a quote given without seeing the current workflow is a guess. The itemised quote lists every module, so you can drop scope instead of negotiating quality.
A marketing website is usually live in two to four weeks. A first ERP or workflow module reaches production in six to ten weeks, with later modules following every few weeks. A mobile app with a backend and admin panel typically takes eight to fourteen weeks including store review. Timelines move when scope moves, so we sequence delivery to put something usable in your hands early rather than holding everything back for one large launch.
Web and product work runs on React and Next.js with Node.js or PHP services and MySQL or PostgreSQL. Enterprise and government systems use .NET with SQL Server where the client stack requires it. Mobile is React Native and native Android. We deploy to AWS, Hostinger Cloud and Cloudflare. Stack choices follow what a client can maintain and hire for after we leave, not what is fashionable this year.
Yes. Every project ships with a support window, and most clients continue on a monthly maintenance plan covering security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, small enhancements and a defined response time for incidents. You keep ownership of the source code, the repository and the hosting accounts, so the maintenance plan is something you renew because it is worth renewing, not because you are locked in.
We build and operate our own products, which is where much of our production experience comes from. GuestReport is a hotel guest-reporting platform used with the Ujjain police. ByteFlow DSS is a document-sharing and compliance system. PanditG, UjjainTemple and TirthDarshan serve pilgrims and temple services. We also run a task manager, a news portal engine and a content engine. Running our own software under real load is why we can support yours.
Submit an enquiry on this site, email info@byteflowtech.in, or call +91 9584740544. The first step is a short discovery call in which we map the current workflow, the people who touch it, and the outcome you are paying for. You then receive a written scope and an itemised quote. If we are not the right fit for the work, we say so on that call rather than quoting anyway.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a paid audit of the existing code, database and hosting, and give you a written verdict: what is salvageable, what has to be rebuilt, and what it will cost either way. Sometimes the honest answer is that the current vendor should finish it, and we say that. Where we do take over, the first milestone is always getting the system into your own repository and hosting accounts.
You do. The repository, the domain, the hosting account and any third-party service accounts are created in your name or transferred to you, and you receive the credentials at handover rather than on request. We do not hold code hostage, and we do not build on a proprietary platform you cannot leave. A maintenance contract with us should be something you renew because it is worth renewing.
Yes. We run Google Ads, technical and local SEO, and Google Business Profile for the products and sites we build, and for clients who want the software and the demand handled by one team. The work is reported on cost per lead and position, not on impressions. We do not take on marketing for a site we cannot fix technically, because paid traffic to a slow or unindexable site wastes the budget.
Yes. Hospitality is our deepest vertical — GuestReport handles statutory guest reporting for hotels with the Ujjain police, and we build property, booking and front-desk systems. For schools and healthcare we build admissions, records, scheduling and document systems. Where a sector needs regulatory handling we have not done before, we say so at discovery and price the compliance work separately instead of discovering it mid-build.
Yes. Roughly half our client work is delivered remotely to other Indian states, and we take a limited number of overseas engagements. Remote delivery uses the same process as local work — recorded discovery sessions instead of a floor visit, weekly demos of working software, and a named engineer you can reach directly. We do not run a follow-the-sun handover model, so the person who understands your system is the person who answers.
Week one is discovery: we map the current process, the people who touch it, the data that already exists, and the one outcome the project is being paid to produce. Week two produces a written specification, a module-by-module quote, and a delivery sequence with dates. You own that specification whether or not you continue with us. Build only starts once you have signed off on the specification, not on a proposal deck.
Yes, and we sign yours rather than insisting on ours. Send it before the first call and we will return it signed, usually the same day. If you do not have one we can provide a short mutual NDA. Nothing you describe in discovery is used in another engagement, and we do not take on two clients competing directly in the same category and city without telling both.
Every project has a second engineer who has read the code and can pick it up, and the documentation lives in your repository rather than in someone head. That is the honest risk of hiring a small senior team instead of a large one, so we manage it explicitly: you own the code, the architecture decisions are written down, and handover to your own hire or another vendor is a documented process rather than a favour.
